By enrolling in Band Nine Academy’s courses or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Fees

• Admission is confirmed only after full payment of course fees.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the course is cancelled by Band Nine Academy.

• Course access is limited to the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

2. Class Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to attend classes on time (both online and offline).

• Missed classes will not be compensated unless prior arrangements are made.

• Respectful behavior towards trainers and fellow students is mandatory.

3. Online Learning Responsibility

• Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary devices to attend online classes.

• Band Nine Academy is not responsible for technical issues at the student’s end.

4. Use of Study Materials

• All study materials provided (online or offline) are for personal use only.

• Copying, sharing, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Exams & Results

• IELTS exams are conducted only by official testing bodies (IDP & British Council).

• Band Nine Academy provides training and support but does not guarantee specific scores.

6. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
