Cancellation & Refund Policy – Band Nine Academy

At Band Nine Academy, we are committed to delivering an excellent learning experience to every student. Please be aware of the following:

  • All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

  • Cancellations are not permitted after payment.

  • We strongly advise students to review the course details, schedule, and fee structure carefully before enrolling.

  • In the unlikely event that a course or batch is cancelled by the academy, students will be offered placement in an alternative batch.

By enrolling and completing the payment, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
